Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions about our Executive Vehicle Service

What precautions do you have in place from Covid-19?

We are complaint with the Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter.  We have installed a protective screen between the driver and the rear passenger seating as an extra precaution. The Executive Vehicle is washed and sanitized inside and out before and after each service.  We also carry Covid-19 protection supplies which includes masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipe which will be available for all passengers.

How long can I hire an Executive Vehicle for?

The minimum we hire out our Executive Vehicle for is one (1) hour, but certain events such as weddings the minimum hire is three (3) hours.

How much does it cost to hire an Executive Vehicle?

As all our trips are bespoke or tailor-made to meet the Clients requests the prices will vary and therefore the pricing is based upon the pick-up point, driving distance, duration and final destination. We offer a unique and personal service to our Clients which means they are all treated individually.

What is included in the price?

For the quoted price you will be transported in our luxurious Executive Vehicle by our professional driver.  You will have access to WiFi and complementary water.  All toll and parking charges are included within the price.

How can I pay the deposit for my Executive Vehicle booking?

Paying the deposit couldn’t be easier, we accept all major Debit and Credit cards, American Express, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Do I need to pay a deposit and how much is it?

Yes we require a deposit for all bookings and this will be 25% of the total, with the balance paid at time of collection.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

The standard cancellation policy for all services is 24 hours prior to pick-up.  If cancellations are within 24 hours the client incurs a charge of 50% of the quoted rate.

What if I want the vehicle for longer than the agreed time?

It may be possible to keep the vehicle longer than the agreed time, extra charges will apply.

Will the Executive Vehicle arrive before my scheduled pick-up time?

The Executive Vehicle should arrive with you at least 15 minutes before you are due to leave.  If there are any unforeseen circumstances the driver will contact you directly.

How will I find the driver in the airport?

The driver will be waiting at the designated chauffeur meeting point inside or outside the arrivals hall with a signboard.  Details will be confirmed at time of booking dependent on airport.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The driver will monitor your flight on the airport arrivals website.  One (1) hour waiting time is included in the quoted rate from arrival time.  Where possible, if you encounter a long delay please contact us and inform us of your new ETA.

How many people does the Executive Vehicle carry?

Our Executive Vehicle is licensed to carry a maximum of six (6) people.  Rest assured our vehicle and driver are fully licensed and insured in accordance with the National Transport Authority (NTA).

What is the Executive Vehicle like inside?

Our Executive Vehicle has cream leather seats, with front and rear facing seating configuration and ambient lighting. There is a cigarette socket with USB plug and multi charging cable Clients can choose or provide their own entertainment i.e. music, radio, playlists.

How much luggage can I bring?

Our Executive Vehicle has a generous boot space that could accommodate six (6) suitcases and hand luggage.  If you are worried about the amount of luggage then contact us to check.

Is the driver available to help assist with carrying luggage, shopping or sporting equipment?

The driver will help you to carry luggage, shopping or sporting equipment.  If you are on a shopping trip, the driver is available to assist with shopping bags, giving you free hands and more time to shop!!

Do you have a child seat?

One (1) child seat and one (1) booster seat can be provided upon request.  If you prefer you can provide your own.  It’s not required in Ireland for children to use child seats in limousines / chauffeur driven vehicles, but they must wear the seat belts.  The car has ISOFIX fittings.
